Shipping
Signature required for all deliveries. Opt for 'No Signature Required' to designate a safe place for the package.
Orders placed before 12 noon will be sent the same day otherwise it will be sent the following day.
We will courier goods as soon as possible after payment, in full, for those goods has been made. Courier will generally take 2-5 working days depending on what time your order was placed and where it needs to be sent to, but there are delays on all deliveries currently.
The Sensory Corner will not be responsible for any delays in delivery outside of its reasonable control.
School Orders During School Holidays:
Will be processed, Picked and Packed but will not be sent out until the start of the following term to ensure packages are recieved whilst someone is at school. Please contact us if you would prefer your order to be sent during this time.
Yes, you may pick up your order Monday to Friday's between 10am - 2pm.
We deliver goods anywhere within New Zealand. Please contact us should you require shipping internationally.
The cost of courier charges are on the rise and we endeavour to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. If you live in a Rural Delivery Zone please ensure you select the correct delivery option otherwise this will delay your delivery as we will require further payment before your order can be processed. Thanks for understanding. NB: an address with a RD followed by a number RD Stands for RURAL DELIVERY.

All online credit card transactions are processed by a secure payment gateway. Your credit card details are not held or stored by us at all.
We accept payment by way of:
Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Zip Pay, Bank Transfer, and Cerebral Palsy Card
Yes. Add the products you require to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select "Bank Deposit" as your payment option.
Deposit the funds into our bank using your name and order number as reference. As soon as the funds are received, your order will be processed, ready to send or pickup.

ACC, Enable, Accessable, or individualised funding- We have put together some rationales relevant to our products which are available for your use when applying for funding. We have created a list of our funding rationales. If you can't find the rationale you need, please feel free to contact us
If you require a quote, you can do this on the website:
(1) Add items you require into your cart
(2) At the shopping cart, complete your personal details at the bottom of the page
(3) Click "Create Quote" and your quote will be sent you by email. Please check your "Junk" mail in case it is sent there.
Alternatively, feel free to Contact Us and we can do the quote for you.
WINZ-If you have a Community Services Card and receive a Disability Allowance, you may be eligible to receive your consumable items funded by WINZ. Decisions on this will be made through your case manager at WINZ, but you can generate a quote as described above from our website.
The Cerebral Palsy (CP) Card enables CP Society members to purchase small items to enable function and make life better through the society's Get This & That funding programme.
Individuals with a diagnosis of CP are eligible for membership. For further information see the Cerebral Palsy Society website
You may make your order online using your Cerebral Palsy Card
(1) Add items to cart
(2) Before clicking "Checkout" add your CP card Number and Name on the card in the drop down box
(3) Click "Checkout"
(4) Click 'Cerebral Palsy Card' as your payment option.
(5) Click "Pay Now"
We will send your order once your transaction has been processed.
Please note that due to increased freight charges, all orders made by Cerebral Palsy card will be charged freight.
