We purchased for an ASD student who chews on things when he is anxious. He loves it and wears it under his school shirt so it is unobtrusive and looks just like a pounamu.

Is quite hard but it's OK for minimal relief

Very useful. I didn't realise just how often I do chew inside my mouth until I got this and really enjoyed chewing on it. If I notice I'm chewing the inside of my mouth I'll go grab it to chew on instead. The texture is also nice to run my tongue over and just suck on sometimes. Firm but not hard and can chew on it hard. The slight difference in thickness from top to bottom is also nice.
